Cheryl Womack, Chairperson, has been invited to speak at the Women in Business Seminar at Utah State University in Logan, Utah. Cheryl will be giving an overview of the Leading Women Entrepreneur's of the World™ as well as discussing what women entrepreneurs around the world seem to have in common and relate why she believes they are thriving in Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, and Africa in growing numbers.

Cheryl Womack, Chairperson, has been invited to give the keynote address at the Sales and Marketing Executives of Topeka’s November 13, 2007 dinner meeting, which is also the group's 50th Anniversary celebration. Cheryl will be giving an overview of the Leading Women Entrepreneur's of the World™ as well as sharing stories of her personal road to success.

Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World™ Chairperson V. Cheryl Womack has been invited to take part in the 2007 Social and Environmental Responsibility World Forum being held in Lille, France. Cheryl will be delivering a speech that address the place and role of women at all levels of responsibility in the world economy. She will also be discussing issues relating to equal work opportunities between men and women and the idea of partnership during a moderated panel.

Chairperson to Host Dinners
The foundation of the Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World™ is made up of the relationships formed between the Honorees, sharing their passion for business and life. No one believes that more than Cheryl Womack, Chairperson of the organization. Wherever she travels, Cheryl makes an effort to host gatherings to provide Honorees with the opportunity to reconnect and become even better acquainted. These events are always memorable. Please try to attend when the opportunity presents and look for photo remembrances on the website.

South Africa Site Visit Planned for 23 April 2007
Cheryl Womack will make her second visit to Cape Town, Johannesburg and Sun City in preparation for the The Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World™ Eleventh Annual Gala and Celebratory Event to be held in South Africa 8-13 September 2007. While there Cheryl will meet with the South Africa Planning Committee, as well as local dignitaries, government officials, sponsors and representatives of the media. Cheryl will also be working to promote the “Take the Next Step” grant being offered to women residents of South Africa. Applications are now being accepted for grants totaling $15,000USD, to be awarded during the event in September.

Chairperson in London for Women's Leadership Board International Regional Meeting
Cheryl Womack, Chairperson of the Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World™ was in London the week of 5 March 2007 to attend the first International Regional Meeting of the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government Women's Leadership Board, of which she is a member. The meeting was scheduled to coincide with International Women’s Day and the Arab International Women’s Forum Conference. Delegates were guests of Alderman John Stuttard, the Lord Mayor of the City of London, at a special black tie dinner held at the Mansion House, his official residence. The Kuwaiti Ambassador and his wife hosted the delegates at a dinner and reception.

While in London, Cheryl was able to connect with other Honorees – some from the UK and others in London to attend the Women’s Leadership Board meeting. Janette Faherty (UK-2004) assisted Cheryl in organizing a dinner at the OXO Tower restaurant. Honorees Tina Knight (UK-1998), Joy Bryer (UK-2002), Julia Palau (UK-2000), Cristina DeManuel (Spain-2001) and Maxine Burton (USA-2002) joined Janette and Cheryl for dinner and lively conversation at this lovely spot overlooking the Thames.
